The mental and physical toughness required to be a world champion led Mette into a study of psychotherapy and cognitive behaviour and into the field of business and individual motivation. Mette is also a well known television presenter, speaker, the author of four books – her latest is ‘The Winning Mentality’ – also a writer for magazines and newspapers.
