As a leader how do you embrace neurodiversity in your workplace?
Or as an employee, do you feel the psychological safety to be open about your own neurodiversity?

With over 25 years’ experience working with major FMCG companies, Graham leads the business in identifying the right trends and consumer insight to create a broad and relevant soft drinks portfolio that is fit for purpose today and in the years to come.
With his own personal experiences of negotiating neurodiversity, Paul has learned to embrace it and care about developing a culture that creates the psychological safety to be open to and embrace it within the Britvic culture.
Join us as we explore neurodiversity in the workplace and why you too should embrace it as an employer and/or employee.
