Gareth Bullen

Gareth has over 20 years experience of consultancy, diagnosing development needs, designing high impact learning interventions and delivering successful workshops, programmes, and coaching sessions, in the private, third sector, and public sectors. He also speak at a number of seminars each year and lead webinar discussions.

Organisations Gareth has worked with include NPower, Big Lottery Fund, NHS, NGN, Portakabin, Scottish Power, and many Local Authorities.

Gareth’s passion is to free up the energy and talent within an organisation allowing employees to transform performance.

He is proud to be part of the group thought of as leaders in Intrapreneurship and is relentless in growing a movement to full employee involvement.

Jamil Ahmed

Jamil is passionate about making a difference to the workplace and believes that organisations will secure a high return on investment by unleashing the true potential of their employees. Jamil strives to excel both in his personal and professional life and seeks to inspire others around him to achieve their own potential.

 

He is currently working at the Centre for Enterprise Ltd supporting HR directors and business leaders across public, private, and social enterprise sectors through intrapreneurship programs. Jamil graduated in 1994 with  BA Hons in Business Information Management from Leeds Metropolitan University. He has been a lecturer in business and marketing subjects. Jamil is also a former team leader and facilitator for the prestigious Windsor Fellowship Programme.

He has been starting and managing businesses for over 20 years. Some of these have been start-ups ranging from professional services, property, fast food and professional training companies.
