20 years ago, Michelle’s first company was the youngest in the UK to gain Investors in People, reflecting the inclusive culture she wanted to create. However, it was when she was caught in the Boxing Day Tsunami that she discovered “The Magnificence of humanity”.
It changed her understanding of what drives us, what is at the core of our Essence and how our ability to collaborate is our solution to all adversity.
As a behaviour expert, Michelle has written a whole suite of analysis tools that help us to understand ourselves and each other better. They uncover our core driving forces, our most prominent qualities and how others’ perceive us. She works with Leaders to be able to develop heart led organisations where people are fulfilled, engaged and sky high performance is achieved.
She also works with young adults to help them navigate the world of work and with individuals who want to elevate their development. In this session, Michelle will share with you the experience that took her life on a different path and how that is even more poignant today, post pandemic.
