He has been an adjunct professor in the City University (London) M.B.A. program and a guest lecturer in several other MBA programs in the U.S.A. Tom has founded and co-founded multiple organisations including his executive coaching and advisory firm Eddington Advisory Services.
Tom is passionate about current issues impacting the world and was even a panel member at Cop 26.
