She has been a multi award winning Chair of CEO peer groups and launched Market Makers for ambitious CEO’s and Game Changers for high performing Senior Leaders from mid sized firms and SME’s. Passionate about breaking down the barriers preventing talented people – particularly women – from realising their potential, she inspires and supports leaders to be the best version of themselves. Kate’s sense of adventure led to her sailing in a Round the World Yacht Race and completing the equivalent of five marathons in five days through France, Italy and Switzerland – raising £26,000 for charity. She has played hockey at National League and Junior England level, is a Mum to two children and loves playing the piano.
