With a background in project & programme management, he has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors, including Nuclear, Defence, Banking and Water, helping them make the most of their information assets.
These days, he helps optimise the use of technology to deliver value for clients and build long-term resilience across organisations. His work includes shaping business strategy, defining transformational business change programmes, driving the adoption of new and innovative solutions, and guiding businesses through the myriad of opportunities, and challenges, that new and emerging technologies offer the construction industry.
Outside of work he is a proud father, a husband, an allotment gardener and a keen runner. When time allows, he also helps run a 300-strong softball league.
As a business change leader, Nelly specialises in delivering and embedding transformational change with a focus on managing and motivating individuals and teams to achieve the benefits of change programmes.
