Who are Chris Cooper?
Chris Cooper have since 2006 helped organizations to elevate their leadership, teams and build highly engaged workforces.
Chris Cooper are led by Chris and John Jennings (Associate Director) and supported by a small team including the fabulous Hazel and a talented Associate network. Chris and John each have over 30 years of multi-functional business experience. They support the elevation of businesses, people and personal performance through coaching, facilitation, consultancy, interviewing and speaking.
John has many years of experience to board level with organisations like Egg and Experian and leads up our Education and manufacturing clients. He is passionate about people, engagement and operations. He is a former IOD Regional Chairman and is based in Nottinghamshire in the UK whilst Chris is in nearby Leicestershire.
Chris worked with Rank Xerox, Mars Confectionery, United Biscuits and Punch to board level. He then set up and sold his share of a successful consultancy. He has extensive experience as a coach, consultant, facilitator and trainer. He is also a very experienced broadcaster and hosts the Business Elevation show on Voice America which is listened to in over 50 countries each week. He also co-hosts a weekly webinar ‘Look Forward Thursday’s with strategic partner Business Growth Bureau, ‘Since 2011 he has built up a huge archive of content to help client development. He is co-author of ‘The Power to Get Things Done (Whether You Feel Like It Or Not)’ published by Penguin Random House (New York) and a Fellow of The Professional Speaking Association. He takes a lead with our work in Insurance and hospitality.
John and Chris share a strong rivalry as Everton and Leicester Football Club supporters respectively. When delivering programmes together they were once referred to as like an older Ant and Dec’ for those of you familiar with the British TV hosts. They took it as a compliment :).
