I was introduced to Chris through Broker Network when he did a really interesting workshop on ‘Leading People including Talent Dynamics’ to myself and other business owners. Since then Chris has worked with our senior management team, bringing us closer together and making us work more effectively together. Going forward I am working with Chris on a 1-2-1 basis which I have no doubt will further my own development. Chris is a true gentleman and a pleasure to spend time with and he has opened my eyes to the importance of engagement of staff.
