Lead with Love or Lead with Fear? with Special Guest Panel

Is it best to always use love rather than fear for personal, business or political progress? Should we be encouraging qualities such as integrity, love & peace rather than using fear to gain power at all costs as embodied in Machiavelli’s 16th century teachings ‘The Prince’? Or do we need to teach our kids and students dubious as well as honourable qualities so they can survive in the 21st century ‘Game of Thrones’? I am joined by Elisabet Vinberg Hearn CEO of Katapult Partners, Award-winning Author of ‘The Team Formula’, ‘Leading Teams: 10 Challenges, 10 Solutions’ & The Leader’s Guide to Impact. Roelien Bokxem co-founder & principal of PresenceAtWork, a very successful collective leadership company in the Netherlands.  Steven Morris, artist, author, entrepreneur whose thriving business & painting practice is based in San Diego. Join us as we put the world to rights on this most challenging and topical subject.

This episode will be airing live on 22nd November 2019 at 8am(PT)/11am(EST)/4pm(GMT). To listen live or later from the archive please visit http://www.voiceamerica.com/show/1959
