The first marketing program he created won its industry’s top marketing honors for his one-person operation; the third program he built is in the Smithsonian Archives as a model for marketing complex technologies to consumers. (It was also one of the world’s first empathy-based marketing programs.) He leveraged that experience to create the Optimal Value™ Marketing Playbook, designed to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams through a carefully staged approach that helps ensure business and financial success.
