Kindness Transforms with Stephen Gould and Chris Cooper

As Managing Director of Everards Brewery in the UK, Stephen Gould and team are delivering an incredible family values driven legacy. As an integral part of their beautiful new office and craft brewery complex – Everards Meadows, thousands of Leicestershire people are now enjoying the freedom of walking, cycling, a picnic, café, bike hire and cycle trails courtesy of 70 acres of private land transformed into an area of public recreation and environmental biodiversity.  Together with tenants and employees they have also been collectively navigating the challenges of Covid through kindness, common purpose and innovation. I have known Stephen as a friend and client for over 20 years admiring his progressive leadership and industry impact. In 2019, he was recognised as one of the 50 leading lights in Kindness and Leadership in the UK. Join us as we explore how kindness and vision will bring people closer together to deliver transformational value for all.

“Few presenters can connect the fate of kidnapped penguins to enhanced business performance strategies so seamlessly.  Chris works on our post-experience graduate courses and helps us to bring practitioner issues into focus for students. Articulate and considered, Chris carefully weaves anecdotes from his extensive commercial experience and stories from his personal life, to offer a gentle critique on the state of contemporary management. Our students leave the room inspired to consider how they can play a part in elevating the importance of individual well being and the centrality of human relationships for the benefit of an organisation’s productivity.”
