Virtual Assistants with Michele Ibbs and Chris Cooper

Having a team in the background to help you with time consuming tasks can make the difference between business success and failure. With more and more people now working from home, it has perhaps never been a better time to work with or even become a virtual assistant! This week’s guest Michele Ibbs originally trained as a nurse before moving into a very successful career in medical sales. In 2000 Michele joined her husband in his business in the steel industry and over the following seven years they took the business from a £360k a year business to a group of businesses turning over £1.6M, unfortunately after seven years the couple split. Armed with the knowledge of sales and setting up businesses, Michele decided to create ‘I’m Your P.A. Ltd’ a virtual assistant business which now manages workloads for 180 businesses. Join us as we discuss how to find or be the ideal VA and how to work with VA’s to gain the most value from the relationship.
