She received her Ph.D from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on the experiences of women working in male-dominated fields. Clients are predominantly FTSE100 companies who recognise the innovation inherent in diverse workforces. She now works at Board and Executive Committee level advising on how to create culture change that lead to bottom line benefits from diversity of thought, and what this means for leaders as individuals. Dr. Doyle-Morris, whilst a native of Washington DC now lives in Scotland.
