Special Encore Show: Employee Engagement with Chris Cooper and John Jennings – 5th August 2016

Employee engagement is one of the hot topics of business performance improvement today. In an international survey country employee engagement levels were between  8% to 29% of the average workforce with the remainder ‘disengaged’ or ‘actively disengaged’. When every indicator suggesting that exceptional performance gains occur with an engaged workforce, why is this so difficult to achieve? My guest John Jennings has over 34 years of operational and executive board-level experience in both the public and private sectors for a number of impressive blue-chip companies, including Prudential, Egg and Experian. He has led global teams and studied employee engagement and retention techniques across different cultures. As John and I currently work together to deliver employee engagement change programmes, I thought it was time we got together to share our joint wisdom on how to build a really engaged workforce that outperforms your competition.

This show will be aired Friday 5th August 2016 at 4pmUK/8amPST. To listen please visit http://www.voiceamerica.com/show/1959/
