Presently, he is based in the US and is a partner in Leaders’ Quest as well as working internationally with start-ups, corporates, and companies in transition. He co-founded Genomic Health, Inc (www.genomichealth.com) in Silicon Valley; functioned as Vice-Chancellor of Operations at the University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii; and co-founded the first NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) training institute in Europe as well as helping develop NLP institutes in six European countries. His PhD is in leadership and organizational development and has published books, E-books, and articles that have been translated globally. If you are in a leadership position, one of the big challenges is getting more from less.
