Chris Cooper, Business Elevation was formed in 2006 after a career working for brands such as Leyland DAF, Mars, United Biscuits and Punch and Spirit Pub Companies. Having had diverse experience of sales, marketing, training, procurement, Logistics and HR to board levels including running international functions he then co-founded a very successful procurement consultancy which grew to £3m turnover in three years.
Realising his purpose was in helping others to realise their potential, rather than stripping out company costs and inspired by the challenging culture his father had experienced in the Steelworks in Northern England he decided to follow a dream and set up a people and business transformation company. Today, the business has some wonderful clients, its own international radio show and an exceptional growing community involving some of the wisest thought leaders on the planet.

Chris Cooper
Chris Cooper is a leadership and business elevation strategist, speaker, broadcaster, and author, with a career spanning over three decades, where he’s made a significant mark both in the UK and globally.
Chris has a rich history of collaborating with many organisations, from prominent international brands to dynamic start-ups. He’s renowned for his ability to develop top-tier leaders, cohesive teams, and highly engaged business cultures.
Since 2011, Chris has hosted The Business Elevation Show on Voice America. By 2019, his show was the most accessed business programme on the world’s leading online platform. By March 2024, he had reached over 550 hours of unique interviews making him one of the most experienced podcast hosts in the world.
Chris is co-author of “The Power To Get Things Done (Whether You Feel Like It Or Not)”, published by Perigee (Penguin Random House New York). He also lent his insights to the 2021 international bestseller “Play The Game” and in 2024′ “Rumi – Power of Love”
He is founder of The Elevation Collective™, a growing international community bringing together extraordinary individuals for the greater good.
Based in Leicestershire, UK with his wife and two teenage sons, Chris loves the outdoors, travel, plays rock guitar and enjoys fishing. In 2019, he tackled Scotland’s most challenging one-day endurance event for charity. He is an Ambassador for ‘Hopefull’ a charity providing over 5000 free meals per day and hope to the people of Ukraine since the start of the war founded by David Fox-Pitt MBE. He is also an Ambassador for ‘The Global Angels Foundation’ founded by Molly Beddingfield.
Hazel Pearson
Hazel who lives in Ireland has been Chris’ Assistant and radio show support for over 10 years. Chris and Hazel share a similar sense of humour and taste in rock music. John Jennings
John Jennings is an expert in employee engagement, culture change, bespoke customer service skills, and resolution of major operational issues. This is derived from over 34 years of operational and executive board-level experience in both the public and private sectors for organisations, including Prudential, Egg, Experian and Totemic as well as the Curve Theatre in Leicester.
He has led global teams and studied employee engagement and retention techniques across different cultures. He regularly lectures and presents on the key competitive advantages that business leaders can gain by placing an employee-centric approach at the heart of business strategy. A former Branch Chairman of The Institute of Directors, he currently also works alongside show host Chris Cooper delivering employee engagement change programmes.
Louis Parsons
Louis Parsons uses the power of art to inspire people and organisations to co-create a world of deeper harmony and success.
For many years, he has been on an inspired quest to understand the human spirit and how we express the soul in daily life. This journey has taken him around the globe, consulting with leading world experts in psychology and personal development, all of which have greatly enriched Parsons’ understanding of the human soul.
Commissions have included celebrities, world class surfing athletes and leading edge philosophers including Karren Brady, Tom Curren and Ken Wilber.
He passionately believes there is an emerging art movement, which he terms “The Soul Renaissance”. Through his talks, workshops and art he unlocks our ability to see the unique symphony of light that resides inside all of us. He brings simplicity and clarity to empower his audience to find greater energy in their lives.
Louis’ art commissions can be found all over the world. For the last six years he has been the Guest Artist for The Four Seasons, Kuda Huraa, Maldives. One of his favourite achievements is having one of his artwork pieces auctioned for charity, raised £120,000.
When he isn’t painting, Louis loves to surf and scuba dive, seeking inspiration from all the colour and vibrancy under the waves. He lives in Cheltenham at the foot of the Cotswold Hills with his beautiful wife and family.
On a number of occasions we have worked with Louis on collaborative workshops with our clients and hope to do more so in the future.
