We are committed to developing authentic cultural transformation within organisations. For 43 years Chris’s father worked in the Steelworks in Scunthorpe in Northern England. Working in the steelworks as a student and seeing the challenges his father experienced first-hand inspired him to help create cultures where people love to work.
