Unlocking the 10x Model

  • Gene introduced the “10x” model, drawing from his Silicon Valley experience. This model encompasses five critical areas: core identity, 10x mindset, 10x strategy, 10x outcomes, and 10x future. Leaders are encouraged to embody these principles to seek exponential rather than incremental growth.

Authenticity & Core Identity

  • Wendy emphasised the importance of market feedback in developing ideas and platforms. Whether you’re a seasoned author or entrepreneur, staying true to your core identity while engaging with your audience ensures your message resonates.

The Elevation Collective

  • Both Wendy and Gene reflected on the value of being part of the Elevation Collective—a unique community built by past show guests that fosters personal growth, vulnerability, and societal impact. This supportive network has been a cornerstone for their continued success.

Practical Insights

  • Start with a book proposal: Wendy reiterated that a well-crafted book proposal often precedes a successful book, allowing for better alignment with market demands.
  • Balance internal and external influences: Gene shared how leaders can achieve significant external impact by undergoing internal transformation.

Community & Collaboration

Wendy and Gene stressed the importance of mutual support and collaboration. They celebrated the Elevation Collective as a community that offers real, actionable advice and genuine camaraderie.
