What is The Elevation Collective™?
The Elevation Collective is a group of similarly minded people who found that by working together, sharing experiences and sharing expertise that they have been able to amplify their purpose, find fellowship and become more resilient in today’s challenging world.
We are a carefully curated international network of wise, diverse and compassionate leaders who want you to be as successful as they would want for themselves.
The Elevation Collective is a catalyst for meaningful initiatives, a space of emotional intelligence and learning and a deeply caring community that uplifts its members through regular monthly inner circles and events that are probably unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
With a simple ambition to Amplify Good you’ll become part of a shared vision spread across members drawn from one of the world’s longest running podcasts – The Business Elevation Show. This is a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate and be a part of something important and special.
Our Story
The Elevation Collective was born during the pandemic, a time when uncertainty encouraged many to pause and reflect on what truly matters. Chris Cooper, who had hosted hundreds of conversations (at October 25 – 620 interviews and 500 guests over 14 years) with some of the world’s most inspiring business and thought leaders, began to sense a new possibility.
Through these interviews Chris had connected with an extraordinary range of people: entrepreneurs, consultants, scientists, psychologists, educators, and social innovators – all motivated by purpose and service. He began to wonder what might happen if some of these remarkable individuals met one another. Could a deeper connection between them create more good in the world?
In October 2020, he invited seven of them to join a Zoom call. That first conversation became the beginning of The Elevation Collective. There was curiosity and a little nervousness, yet a profound sense of recognition soon followed. These were kindred spirits – wise, heart-led leaders who shared common values and a desire to make a positive difference.
Their achievements were wide-ranging, from pioneering NLP in Europe and advancing genomic research to writing best-selling books, leading regenerative farming initiatives, and supporting global organisations. Despite their differences, they quickly found honesty, trust, and friendship.
From those early meetings came a spirit of mutual support and growth. Members encouraged one another through challenges, celebrated breakthroughs, and created what became known as the Seat of Magnificence – a safe space for reflection, feedback, and inspiration. The energy that emerged began to ripple far beyond the group, influencing projects, businesses, and communities across the world.
What started as an idea initiated by Chris soon became something much larger – our Collective. It evolved through the generosity, insight, and commitment of everyone involved.
Since that first circle, The Elevation Collective has grown into an international community which included a second group launched in 2022 and a third in 2024. Deep relationships have formed within and between these circles. The community now meets both online and face to face, sharing learning, co-creating initiatives, and amplifying positive impact. A member at our 2025 ‘Gathering For Good’ event described it as ‘beyond family’.
Over Christmas 2024, after lots of great feedback over the year, Chris felt a sense of frustration. This sparked a search for more clarity and with the grateful wisdom of brand strategist, author and speaker Barnaby Wynter, the core principle of ‘amplifying good’ was born. Also, a deeper commitment to really evolve the collective.
The Elevation Collective is now shaped by all who belong to it – a living, evolving community dedicated to amplifying good and elevating what is possible for humanity and the planet. It has also taken us on adventures together including our recent visit to Tsavo, Kenya to support the founder of Global Angels, Molly Bedingfield’s incredible work for good.

- Monthly Inner Circle and Cross Collective Meets (online):
- 6-8 members plus Chris
- 2 hours of shared learnings and “Seat of Magnificence” conversations
- Meeting notes issued
- Three meets per annum across collectives for wider collaboration

We all commit to contributing to the collective to ensure we are sustainable and can thrive:
- UK price £395 + VAT per month
- 5% discount for 12 months’ payment in advance
- 10% referral fee for new introductions into the collective, applied to the following year’s fee.
