Join us as we discuss invaluable insights on common hiring mistakes, effective recruitment processes, and actionable tips for candidates looking to stand out. We’ll also discuss the growing impact of AI on recruitment, shedding light on how technology is changing the landscape for both employers and job seekers.

Some of the Key Takeaways we discover from this interview:

  • Precision in Feedback: Clarity, accuracy, and honesty in feedback are paramount. Feedback should help candidates understand why they did or did not get the job, paving the way for self-improvement and positive candidate experience.
  • Customised Interviewing: Many readily available sources, including AI, can fall short in generating effective interview questions. Crafting personalised questions based on specific job criteria ensures a more accurate assessment of candidates’ suitability.
  • Effective Hiring Foundations: Meticulous preparation and clear job specifications are crucial. Small changes in the recruitment process can lead to significant improvements in hiring outcomes, avoiding costly bad hires.

Whether you’re a business leader, HR professional, or job candidate, this episode is packed with practical and valuable advice.

Join us for a fresh perspective on recruitment from one of the industry’s most experienced voices.
